No. All the pieces are different and unique, that is what it makes them special . After the purchase process, you will receive a piece with the same style as the one you are seeing, but the drawings and final finish of the enamels may vary a little. Everything is hand made.

Yes, they are very safe. Our packages are fully insured and packed with specific material for ceramics. We use bubble wrap, cardboard, and depending on the type of shipment, a European pallet or a custom-made wooden box, if necessary.

We ship daily and worldwide. In the unlikely event of a breakage, there is a period of 24 hours to give notice of this incident, sending photographic evidence of the incident to: info@alfajar.es of the broken piece, and of the outer and inner packaging, in case it shows signs of having been hit or wet, thus weakening its exterior. In this case, both the damaged part and the packaging must be kept, as they can be claimed by insurance.

There are some models that are specifically designed for this, as is the case with vases. These models are enameled on the inside, which makes them waterproof and ready for use with water. In the event that they are not enameled on the inside, they could be filled with water without any problem, but the base would ooze a little water, as in the case of jugs (botijo). The ceramic body would not be damaged but a small plate would have to be placed underneath the piece.

Yes, our pieces are fired at 1,250 ºC, so they could be used, for example, in a garden or anywhere outside. They withstand the weather perfectly.

The pieces are designed for artistic purposes, but there is no impediment to using them for this purpose.

No, the drawings or enamels of a work already fired are unalterable. For example, it would not be possible to add a motif to the drawing or delete a text from a personalized part.

No, a piece already made and fired and designed for a purpose cannot be modified since the internal structure of the lamp is different. If we tried to make a hole with a drill, it would break.

The glue that works best in these cases is cyanoacrylate, that is, any type of superglue in gel format, which will have more body when it comes to joining the different pieces.

The parts can be cleaned with a dust cloth, even wet with water. It is not necessary to use any type of cleaning product for its correct maintenance. Our works are fired at a high temperature (1,250 ºC), so the surface is completely stable, it does not change when it gets wet, nor will it change after a while.
