When does the order arrive?
It depends on what item it is, if it is already manufactured or it has to be done, the times vary considerably.
If it is a personalized shipment that has to be manufactured, the manufacturing time must be added to these shipping times, which can vary from one to two weeks. Ceramics require very specific drying and firing times, so we appreciate your understanding and patience.
It must be taken into account that the manufacturing process is completely handmade and the drying and firing times must be respected, in some cases 2 firings, so that there are no breakages or unwanted results in the final finish.
Taking manufacturing and shipping into account, you can receive your order within approximately two weeks.
