Shipping costs by volumetric weight

Our shipments are prepared in a totally personalized way according to the dimensions and weight of the pieces. The shipping price will depend on the volumetric weight of the order and the shipping address. Sending expenses will be at client’s charge.

Customs duty

We are not responsible for external fees that may apply at Customs in the destination countries.

Devolution costs

If you process your return within the first 15 days after receiving your order, the return costs and the amount of your purchase will be reimbursed within fourteen calendar days after receipt of the merchandise, using the same payment method. used in the initial transaction and always subject to receipt of the merchandise in its original packaging and in perfect condition. On the contrary, if the return is made after 15 days from the date of purchase, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer, while the return of the purchase will be made in the same method and within the period previously established.
