Anuka’s jewels: sometimes the design of the pieces comes from working directly on the metal itself, sprouting unexpected ideas. Other times through small sketches and illustrations that shape Anuka’s inner world.
Once the mold and the casting process have been made, each piece is finished using different techniques and processes such as filing, polishing, nuanced, oxidized, enamelled, patinated, etc. Every type of finishing process is individual, different and appropriate to the style of each piece. The material used is brass (copper and zinc alloy) combined with glass, natural pearls, and semi-precious stones that give the final finish to their creations.
