Precarious
May 11 – June 19, 2018
The plastic artist Francisco Buenavida, who was part of the fourth promotion of young creators of the Antonio Gala Foundation, opens his individual exhibition Precarious in the Sala Alfajar in Malaga on May 11 at 8:00 p.m. The exhibition brings together a series of ceramic pieces on which the artist has worked in recent months, which represent cakes, pastry pieces or confectionery, and which tell us about the difficulties that people often have to survive despite the efforts of daily work. Precarious will remain open until June 19.
Precarious is my present. A vital state that mixes ingredients to survive. A constant batch with which to feed the soul and the pocket. Precarious is the balance. Intense days with turns of no more than one hundred and eighty degrees. Routine walks of sugar, cardboard and mud.
