Belin opens a new cycle of exhibitions in Alfajar Sala. From September 23 to November 13, 2022.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Alfajar Sala, specialized in traditional and contemporary ceramics, begins a new cycle of exhibitions showing the latest collection by plastic artist Belin: Neogenesis. A sample of ceramics from the hand of Tito Alfarero (\u00dabeda), third generation of potters. On this occasion, this renowned international graffiti artist jumps from spray to potter\u2019s wheel. The exhibition will be open from September 23 to November 13 next to the Cathedral, at C\/ C\u00edster, 1, Puerta 2, M\u00e1laga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On September 23 we inaugurated an exhibition where Belin’s avant-garde vision predominates in a discipline as ancient as ceramics. Hand in hand with Tito Alfarero, he creates some very special pieces for this collection. Belin starts from primitive ceramics but adds his radically contemporary vision using his graffiti experience. Each piece with its contribution of simplicity and avant-garde can help us find our place in the chaotic, multi-referential and convulsive world that we have had to live in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Neogenesis means a new beginning.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

From the potter\u2019s wheel to the spray can, from the traditional to the contemporary, from the clay to the gallery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Miguel \u00c1ngel Belinch\u00f3n is a Spanish plastic artist known in the art world as Belin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He was born on September 26, 1979 in the city of Linares, in Andalusia, and from a very young age he showed his interest in drawing and painting. With a marked self-taught character, he decides to train at the hands of the great masters in libraries and museums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After many years painting in the streets thanks to his incredible large-format spatial vision, he evolves to a more mature and contained stage. This new learning has forced him to reach a type of expressionism that he himself calls \u201cOne Line\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This collection that can be visited in Alfajar Sala is based on clay and Oneline as essential elements and has the participation of the prestigious Tito \u00dabeda ceramics workshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
